Original Cin

I have a love of cooking passed on from my mother who loved to try new things as well as perfect homestyle favorites.  I find inspiration from cookbooks and websites and then apply my own special touch to make them unique.  Very rarely do I follow a recipe exactly, I'm that sort of cook that adds things in palmfuls, or pinches and the measuring utensils only come out when I am baking. Cooking for my friends and family brings me pleasure and I love to throw a good party!
